Hi. I’m Terence. Welcome to my “new” website.

I relaunched terenceklein.com after losing the domain in 2015. I let the renewal payment lapse, and before long, the domain was no longer mine. Someone in Germany bought the domain and begin using it as a platform to sell high-end sneakers and women’s lingerie. Beyond the odd product mix, I was disappointed, but I moved on.

In late 2024, while using Lean Domain Search to research name ideas for a new website, I randomly searched this domain. To my surprise, It was available again. Without hesitation ,I purchased the domain and launched this “revival” site.

I’m also in the process of relaunching hipsaga.com. It’s an epic chronicle of the most painful and humbling experience of my life. TLDR; I broke my hip as a consequence of a OneWheel (a one-wheel electric skateboard) accident. This “bad luck” incident turned critical when I developed a chronic and infection that literally attached to the medical hardware installed to heal my hip. 9 months later, I finally received a prosthetic hip replacement after an incredible battle with the infection. This was all during the peak of the covid-19 pandemic. To say it was a “life changing” experience is putting it lightly.

The original hipsaga.com website consisted of the first 6 chapters of the story. I plan to finish writing the last few chapters soon of the story soon. I needed to step away from “reliving” the experience for awhile. As I learned in during the experience, patience is a virtue.

“Taking a walk” used to seem mundane and boring to me. Now I find bliss in every step. I know what it’s like to be immobile for a long time. I now walk, on average, about 15,000 steps a day. It’s become a new habit since the hip saga, and I plan to keep walking as much as possible.

My goal for this website is to chronicle and share personal experiences and projects. I plan to “build in public” so to speak. I’ll be sharing resources on topics like music, digital marketing, personal/professional growth hacks, generative AI tips and tricks, the recovery journey, mindfulness practice, salmon fishing techniques, and maybe even some Rocket League musings.
